Terms and conditions for appointments:

• Children not recommended at appointment as they get bored easily and take time away from your appointment.
• No outside food or drink allowed.
• Special Orders can take up to 4 months. 
• Rush fee may be suggested to upgrade shipping on dress, when operating on a narrow time frame.
• Most Designers charge an upsize fee on sizes 18 and above.

• Please arrive to your Appointment 5 min. early
• Parking: If you are unable to find street parking out front, we have parking behind the store. Enter alley parking labeled  P2 parking garage for your convenience and we pay for your parking.
•  Upon arrival, Text us at (701)818-8680 from your car and we will notify you as soon as your consultant is ready to greet you. 

Need to cancel your appointment:

• 1 on 1 Appointments are high demand, please text (701)818-8680 to notify us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations will not be refunded; however, you may reschedule & won’t be charged another appointment fee.
